The living room is conceived as the social heart of the villa, where contemporary elegance meets everyday comfort. A Poltrona Frau sofa creates a welcoming seating area, complemented by a Poliform coffee table and a Porada bookcase.. The material selection includes Loro Piana curtains, Febal Casa wall panels and a handcrafted rug by G.T. Design, complemented by the Cirio Chandelier from Santa & Cole.
The dining area seamlessly connects with the open-plan kitchen and living space, creating an inviting setting for everyday family life and entertaining. At its centre, the sculptural Lenzi Coralo marble dining table is surrounded by elegant Poliform Ipanema chairs.A Bonaldo sideboard complements the dining setting, while the pendant lights by Michael Anastassiades introduce a refined visual accent.
The staircase connects the two levels of the residence through a clean composition. A full-height arched window fills the space with natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere throughout the day. The arrangement of Brokis pendant lights emphasizes the generous ceiling height of over three metres on each floor, while wall lights by DCW éditions complement the space.
Designed as a private sanctuary, the master bedroom is defined by a warm, neutral palette that enhances the natural light and creates a calm, balanced atmosphere. The Poliform Yume bed is complemented by matching wall panels, bedside tables and a chest of drawers, all by Poliform, paired with a decorative mirror by Cattelan Italia. Lamadrid curtains, a handcrafted G.T. Design rug and lighting by Luceplan add texture and visual balance.
The guest bedroom offers an atmosphere of quiet sophistication, defined by a predominantly white palette and Mediterranean influences. The bathroom is designed in a light, neutral palette, with large windows filling the space with natural light. The Glamora decorative wallcovering adds a soft, atmospheric accent to the interior.

Soft natural light, Lamadrid curtains and a refined Flos table lamp complete a workspace where functionality meets contemporary luxury.
