The team at Bolshakova Studio has created a space that blends luxury, comfort, and the philosophy of longevity. Inspired by the island’s Mediterranean climate, we combined contemporary architecture with natural harmony, allowing residents to feel fully connected to their surroundings and embrace a healthy lifestyle defined by fresh air, movement, social connections, and complete relaxation.
The greatest challenge was to unite a wide range of activities under one roof. Every detail—from advanced technological solutions to the careful selection of natural materials—was designed to make the building a true hub for sport, wellness, business, and leisure.
