The interiors combine timeless classical detailing with modern premium materials and furnishings, offering both sophistication and long-term comfort.The corridors and entrance hall are designed in harmony with the overall style, featuring marble finishes. The flooring, with its black, white, and gray geometric motif, sets a graphic accent. An Officina Luce chandelier and De Gournay decorative panels highlight the elegance of the space.The generous living room integrates lounge and reception areas. Traditional ceiling moldings are paired with contemporary Flos lighting and a striking Lalique chandelier. Minotti furnishings add warmth and refinement, while expansive panoramic windows bathe the space in natural light.Walls are finished with bespoke wallpapers by the French atelier Décorné, each piece hand-painted by artisans preserving centuries-old techniques. For this project, shades and textures were custom-selected to achieve the required depth and effect. The palette is anchored in soft neutrals, enhanced with bold blue and burgundy accents. Across the interiors, only natural materials are used, including wood, marble, and onyx.The living area blends seamlessly with the dining room, both unified by the residence’s contemporary classic aesthetic. The dining space maintains a restrained elegance, accented by statement chairs from Sofa & Chair London.
